i – Air and Material Handling Wheel (AM Type Wheel)

Size: 23 – 45

The Air and Material Handling wheel boasts top efficiency and is designed for managing air or gas, whether clean or carrying dry granular substances, dust, buffing and grinding wheel exhaust, and conveying various materials like chips, sawdust, and grain. It features eight radial welded to a streamlined sideplate and backplate. AM wheels are available in sizes ranging from 23 to 45.

ii – Long Shavings Wheel (LS Type Wheel)

Size: 7 – 41

The Long Shavings wheel is intended for transporting or managing air or gases that carry substances prone to accumulating on other wheel types. It’s particularly suited for handling sticky, heavy, or abrasive dust. The LS wheel features six radial blades welded to a steel hub and comes in sizes ranging from 7 to 41.

iii – Wool-Fiber Handling Wheel (WF Type Wheel)

Size: 5 – 6

The Wool-Fibre Handling wheel is designed to manage various types of air, long fibers, or stringy materials, along with dust. It’s not recommended for continuous paper trim handling. The fan wheel is made of cast steel, and WF wheels are available in sizes 5 and 6.
